Morning Meditation With Bindu


    This will help your mind have newness in meditation and experience and develop your own unique style of meditation to practice.
    Meditation class will be on Zoom start 6:30 am to 7:00 am (Irish time ) and 7:00 to 7 : 15 am (Irish time ) will be for sharing experience and Q&A.
    We will have a positive aim for the day as homework and positive reflections of the previous day. There is a unique power when we meditate in a group.
