I have been practising and teaching meditation for the past 14 years and can undoubtedly share it as a best practice for a balanced, healthy and positive lifestyle.
Meditation is best practised in the morning before starting your daily chores of a busy life. It is a great tool but needs discipline in everyday life. When practised daily in just a few days you will be able to see its benefits and results on your well-being in all areas, spiritual, mental, emotional, physical and relationships.
Over years I have integrated and learned many techniques of meditation and so here I am to deliver all experienced techniques for you to experience. This will help your mind have newness in meditation and experience and develop your own unique style of meditation to practice.
Meditation class will be on Zoom start 6:30 am to 7:00 am (Irish time ) and 7:00 to 7 : 15 am (Irish time ) will be for sharing experience and Q&A.
We will have a positive aim for the day as homework and positive reflections of the previous day. There is a unique power when we meditate in a group.

My name is Bindu Malhotra. I am originally from Mumbai, India, now based in Dublin, Ireland from the past 14 years. On an academic level, I have done Masters in Accounts and Finance, but the topic that fascinated me the most was the human mind and has taken me to a new place within my own inner discovery.
